This place suits me perfectly. They provide great amenities like wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff shared helpful taxi tips, making me feel welcomed. I'll definitely return for Christmas.

Good location near local attractions.
My experience was utterly frustrating. I booked a King Suite, but the room didn't reflect any of the images I saw online. It reeked of smoke, and the bathroom had roaches crawling. When I tried to get help, the staff was dismissive. To add insult to injury, the amenities were practically nonexistent with zero Wi-Fi and dirty sheets. I had no choice but to stay the night since it was Christmas Eve and nowhere else had availability.

The stay was comfortable, and I really loved the cozy two double beds and the peaceful atmosphere while lounging by the pool. If you're into relaxation, the hot tub was a bonus and their game room had some fun options as well. The only hiccup was a slightly slow WiFi connection, but everything else made up for it! 😊

Had a great trip with friends! We loved the nearby Augusta National Golf Club and the local disc golf scene. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Just a heads up, the rooms can be a bit loud, but overall it was a fun time with solid amenities.
The breakfast was a letdown. we went to get some just before it ended and found nothing. Smelled bad in the hallways and the room really needed a good deep clean.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Augusta National Golf Club. The scenic views around the area were delightful, and we enjoyed having our precious dog with us as we explored the nearby parks. The spacious rooms were accommodating for our large family.
My kids wished there were more fun activities for them at the hotel. An indoor pool would be great for families with children.

Friendly staff, decent amenities, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning that provided comfort during my one-night stay.
Loud, dirty, and had issues with the location.

Checked in and it was a nightmare. The room was filthy and reeked of smoke, even though promised non-smoking. Staff was super rude about complaints, totally unhelpful. Saw sketchy stuff happening outside, felt unsafe. The only decent thing? Coffee in the morning. it was okay. Right next to some loud party scene, so sleep was hard to come by.

missingWrote a review on May 03smelly roomdirty bathroom
The room was pretty rough. It smelled terrible, like a mix of stale smoke and something musty. There was dust everywhere, and the bathroom felt gross with broken tiles and peeling baseboards. The furniture was old and had burn holes in the blankets. The noise from other guests was annoying too. it felt unsafe. Just not a good vibe overall.

Decent stay despite some issues
Although my family experienced a few hiccups during our week-long stay, the staff did their best to address our needs. The comfortable bedding made for restful nights, though cleanliness was a concern.
